Part A – Invisible Ball Throws

  • 20 seconds of jump squats with an imaginary ball throw performed at the top of the jump
  • Add a pick-up at the bottom of the squat for 20 seconds
  • Return to 20 seconds of jump squats with throwing movement

Part B – Plank & Mountain Climbers

  • Hold a plank for 20 seconds
  • Perform 20 seconds of mountain climbers
  • Go back to a plank hold
